PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
All Project Big garments are made when ordered, and, production schedules may vary. Please allow 4-5 days for new product to be available for shipping. Customer will be notified via E-mail as product ships from our facility.
Unless otherwise noted, all PROJECT BIG product ships USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated ship time of 2-3 days. Shipping charges are as follows: Sales up to $50, $6.95 shipping charge. Sales over $50 but less than $100, $10.95 shipping charge. Sales over $100, NO shipping charge. We appreciate your business.
Project Big will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all merchandise (excluding swimwear and jocks) in unworn condition (with tag attached) for thirty (30) days from date of purchase. All shipping charges related to returns or exchanges will be handled by customer, unless otherwise determined by Project Big. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which may be obtained by contacting projectbigdotnet@yahoo.com
